How To Lose Fat & Infuriate People!


According to the old saying everyone loves a winner.

In weight loss terms I guess we should change this to everyone loves a loser!  After all, to win here you’ll be looking to LOSE body fat, not win an extra supply.

Actually though, if you can find a way of consistently burning stomach, back, thigh, hip or chest fat then, as strange as it seems, a lot of people will be more infuriated than happy for you.

Why? Well, as any battle-scarred dieter knows, losing fat is hard and if you manage to achieve this, then you’ll simply be doing something that a lot of people can’t manage. And that will upset some of them.

There isn’t one simple way of winning by losing in this scenario though. What works for one person may not work for the next. What works for the next person may not work for the one after.

So, irritating as it may seem, choosing the right way to burn fat can be the hardest part of the whole process.

Guess a lot of this comes down to what you want. People do have very different aims when it comes to losing fat.

You might, for example, simply want to drop a couple of sizes quickly so that you look and feel better for the summer months. Or, you may feel that you really need to lose body fat consistently for the good of your health and your quality of life.

If you simply want “quick and dirty” stomach fat loss then, to be honest, any diet that restricts your calorie intake may well work for you in the short-term. You might, for example, look at a diet drinks option where you replace one or more meals a day with a supplement.

But, you can’t live on a diet drinks diet forever so you’ll need a better solution to find the best way to reduce fat in the long term here. For most of us this may simply involve finding a healthy diet that teaches us how to eat the correct foods, in the correct amounts at the right time, plus more exercise.

So, as an example, your route to reducing abdominal, hip, thigh or chest fat may be to take on a low carb or low calorie diet, and sometimes, just getting structure into what we eat can be the key to success when you want to lose fat and, of course, weight.

What is vital, however, is finding a solution that you’re happy with.

Why? It’s very simple.

If you want to burn up and lose fat and your chosen diet makes you unhappy, cranky, hungry or feel sick then you simply won’t stick with the program. Find a diet that makes you feel good and that helps you lose fat consistently over time and you’ll have no problems carrying on with it well into the future. Can You Build Muscle And Lose Fat In An
Effective Way That Saves You Money?


Did you ever stop and think about how much money you’ve spent on dieting over the years?

There’s the diet programs, the diet books, the replacement shakes and meals, not to mention the weird, wonderful and generally expensive fad diet foods that you just couldn’t live without when you were doing that new fat reduction diet. Or the 47 different "we can fix your fat" exercise machines you purchased.

It’s hardly any wonder that the diet industry is one of the most profitable sectors in the business world. We spend loads of money on low fat and low calorie diets and, to make things worse, we keep coming back for more. After all, one diet rarely does it for any individual. Most people will try out an astonishing number of diet solutions in their lifetime, spending money over and over and over again.

One of the most common and potentially most expensive ways of spending your hard earned cash is on diet pills. A lot of people try out these so-called miracle pills at some point if they are serious yo-yo dieters. After all if every other diet or exercise regime has failed you’ll get to the point where you’ll try just about anything!

Just think how great it would be though if you could buy a simple miracle cure in a pill that sucked away all of your stomach, body, chest, hip and thigh fat and made sure that it never came back again. Sounds fantastic doesn’t it? No more starving yourself, eating weird foods or exercising yourself into a state of exhaustion.

This is mainly why so many people will try diet pills -- they want a simple, fast and effective solution that will be easy to do and that will get results.

You tried any miracle diet pills so far or know anyone who has?

Bet they didn’t achieve everything you hoped for. In some cases, you CAN actually see some fat loss but these pills cannot work miracles -- they can’t take your excess body fat and make it disappear into thin air forever. This is, at best, a part of the overall solution. At worst it won’t help at all…..and you’ll still be overweight, but your wallet will be a bit lighter.

We all have to face facts. The way to lose your body fat and excess weight is not to rely solely on miracle remedies.

But, it doesn’t have to be as hard to find a solution that both works and that isn’t that much work for you. So, if you want to build muscle and burn fat…and not destroy your wallet with costs of endless pills and potions, you have to include the other parts of the equation as well. If you’re looking at diet pills, remember they are only ever going to be part of the solution. Read the fine print…they will probably all say that the results will only occur if you ALSO eat a healthier diet and ALSO take some exercise, so do just that...work on a combined fat reduction effort and follow ALL the instructions.

Why Losing Your Stomach Or Belly Fat Is So Hard!

We really do wish we had a quick and easy solution that could tell everyone how to lose their belly fat over night.

This is one of the major ‘headache’ areas in the losing fat stakes.

Sometimes, for example, you can take on a new healthy eating diet or eating plan and see the rest of your body respond real well. But, sometimes, no matter what you eat (or don’t eat!) you may not lose abdominal / stomach fat as easily. Every single morning you can wake up and your belly is still there waving hello to you!

So, why is losing your stomach or belly fat so hard?

In general terms it may feel hard to lose abdominal fat but this fat really isn’t much different to the other fat you have on your body…..there just may be more of it concentrated in that area and it may seem real stubborn to shift! So, you may well be doing the right things but you may not notice the difference as quickly as you do on other parts of your body.

Why, because you lose body fat in the reverse order to how you got it! The first place you added it, your belly or butt, will probably be the last place it will come off.

A lot of people run into problems here because they haven’t yet found a diet that works for them. It can help a lot if your diet helps you to burn more calories than you eat as this will at least stop your belly in its tracks. Get this balance right and at least your body can’t convert more fat to make the problem worse!

But, even if you can stop more fat being added, this may still leave you with problems losing the stomach fat that is still there. It may well shift down over time on the right diet but it will not disappear overnight.

But, there are things you can do here to improve the situation.

You might, for example, look at upping the cardio exercise you take. If your diet is working well to avoid you adding more fat but it isn’t helping you to lose fat from these key areas quickly enough then maybe you need to up your game.

Even a really healthy diet may not be enough alone to help you lose that persistent stomach fat.

So, if you want that stubborn belly fat gone, why not think about adding some extra cardio exercise to the mix? This isn’t about killing yourself at the gym every day. All you need to do is to do more exercise so that you are burning more fat than your diet can deal with on its own.

This combo could well help you ultimately lose your belly fat once and for all.






How Do You Consistently Lose Body Fat From Where You Want To?

All fat is not equal. If you are carrying some extra weight and want to lose belly, body, back, hip or thigh fat then you won’t necessarily be able to look at your body in the mirror and see an even fat distribution. Chances are, you’ll have larger pockets of fat in certain areas, and these pockets can be hard to shift.

So, for example, you may find yourself wondering how to lose stomach or belly fat, how to reduce thigh fat or how to remove that hip and chest fat. Each of us will have one or more problem areas here where we want to lose fat.

So, what can we do?

Is there a way that you can easily lose body fat from specific areas?

Some people will advocate that the “tried and tested” method of doing this would usually involve some serious focused exercise or gym work. So, for example, they would suggest that if you wanted to lose abdominal fat you could perhaps go to a gym regularly and use the exercise machines that concentrated on building up (or toning down!) your stomach areas.

This may, of course, work if you have the energy and the willpower and the long-term dedication to commit to losing fat this way. But, you can also lose body fat in other ways by taking a more holistic approach. Fact is, if you eat a healthy diet and burn more calories than you consume then your body will be far better placed to deal with reducing fat everywhere.

A good diet really should be your starting point. We're not talking about crash diets or fad diets but well structured healthy eating diets. We all have a specific daily calorie intake need and this is what your diet should give you.

The way to burn body fat effectively is to eat the right stuff in the right amounts, combined with the correct level of exercise.

If you can do this then your body will burn off what you eat rather than store it as fat. So, you’ll see an immediate end to any fat conversion issues you may have. But, will this help you to lose body fat that you already have as well? Well, it may well be a good solution to try.

The point here is to keep trying to burn off more fat. It will probably be that you need to up your exercise a little. Or, you may simply need to take in fewer calories than you normally do. Or both. Either way your body will burn off stuff much more effectively than it probably is doing right now. You could well find this an easy way to reduce body fat in general and that will also have an effect on those key areas.

Build Muscle And Lose Fat By Making Your Body
Use What You Eat More Effectively


Nobody likes dieting. This generally isn’t something you do just for the hell of it. In most cases we diet simply because we have to.

We may need to for medical reasons or simply because we want to get down to a healthier size. But, let’s face it … this is hardly the most fun you’ll have in your life!

One of the biggest problems that people have when they start a low fat or low calorie diet or an exercise program, is finding the motivation to carry it through until they see the results they want. Some will blame the diets they tried but most of us will simply give up on dieting or going to the gym because it is just too hard to carry on.

Once you get past that first rush of adrenaline, as you see the stomach fat start to disappear and you start to feel a little better…you’ll have a real dip, both emotionally and physically. Your body, used to a previous eating regime that didn’t do it any good but that it registered as tasting great, will start to complain at you.

You’ll have cravings, real bad cravings.

Doesn’t matter what you crave, you’ll crave it all the time, morning, midday, night-time. Eventually, we start to think that it’s just easier to give in to what you think your body is telling you and to drop the low fat or low calorie diet and go back to the way things were.

And, if you radically alter the food that you eat and your portion sizes, your body will shift to compensate. Even if you start a specific exercise program at the same time to try and go for the build muscle, lose fat double whammy this may not continue to work as effectively after the first good results you get.

Fact is, put less food in your body and it may compensate by working less hard. There’s less food to burn after all. Whack regular trips to the gym on top of that and if you're not giving your body enough of the right stuff you won’t be able to build up muscle tone either.

Your body will take it’s reduced intake, assume the world is coming to an end…and work slower to burn it off. Your results? Nothing to write home about. Maybe you'll even GAIN weight.

So, after the initial burst of enthusiasm you may have you may well dip into a state of despondency. People in this situation give up at this stage in their thousands because they think that it is just too hard to achieve the results that they need. After all, if they are doing everything ‘right’ then surely they should be able to see the fat loss or the muscle build that they were aiming for, right?

Well, to be honest, this only works if you get everything balanced correctly. You need the right combination of mental state, diet and exercise. The best way to build muscle and lose fat and see the right results is to re-train your body to work harder by eating the right foods in the right quantities at the right time.

Should You Lose Fat Fast Or Lose Fat Forever?

Fat, for many people, can mean different things. Some may, for example, simply see it as something that stops them getting into the clothes they’d love to buy. Others see it as a stigma that makes them feel bad about themselves. Others simply come to realize that carrying too much fat is really not good for their health.

When you get to the stage of deciding that enough is enough and that the excess body, back, chest, stomach hip or thigh fat has to go, you may well be left with a bit of a dilemma. Do you try to lose fat fast or to lose it forever?

In health terms the best way to reduce fat is to shut it out of your life in a healthy and balanced way. You cannot do this overnight however, and you’ll most likely need to modify your eating habits and the exercise and fitness measures that you take. This doesn’t mean that you can never eat another cookie or candy bar ever again, but you may need to learn moderation and start to eat to burn fat…and not to build it on a long term basis!

This method can work well over time, but, it can seem to take too long for some to reduce fat this way. For this reason a lot of people would far prefer the “lose fat fast” option. Whilst there is nothing wrong with wanting quick results here this can often lead to a ‘yo-yo’ effect. So, for example, you can start losing fat fast, but then you stop doing what you were doing and you put it back on again…so you have to start all over again, and again and again…..

A lot of the time this is down to the way that you choose to burn fat. Some people, for example, will try out specific belly fat reduction diets that can see them lose a lot of weight real quickly. The problem here is that some of these diets are not so great for you in health terms. And, as soon as you go back to a regular diet (even if it is perfectly healthy) you may well see some of the fat come back.

You also need to think about your health in general here.

It may be great to burn some of the fat off real fast, but it may also not be great for your health to lose too much weight too quickly. The food that you eat fuels your body and it actively needs this fuel to keep going, so taking too much of it away can simply make you feel sick and it could, in some extreme cases, take some of the muscle you have with it…and lead to serious medical problems.

You may find that the long term prospects are a better option here. If you can burn up and lose fat consistently over time and, at the same time, modify your diet and fitness habits to make sure that the fat stays lost…then you’ll see better overall health benefits.





Can You Build Muscle And Lose Fat And Feel More Confident
About How Attractive You Are?


If you need to lose some weight and are finding it hard to do this then you may find that you experience more problems than just worries about losing those extra pounds. Often our very sense of self confidence is based on the way we look. If we don’t feel that we look right then we may well end up thinking that we aren’t attractive to the opposite sex.

If you are on the heavy side then you may well find that your social life suffers on all fronts. A lot of people who struggle with their weight stop going out as much to meet their friends, never mind potential partners.

The common social perception is that it is unacceptable to be fat…thin is the way we should be. So, if you’re carrying extra pounds your social life may stutter or could even grind to a complete halt.

Being this unhappy is not an ideal situation to be in as you can well imagine. It also won’t help you address the underlying issue here…your weight.

Now, starting a low fat or low calorie diet if you’re in the right frame of mind can be hard enough. Trying to start one and see it through until you lose the fat you need to lose can be downright impossible if you don’t feel good about yourself to start with.

In this kind of situation some of us will simply give up and won’t even try to lose any of that unsightly body fat. We’ll convince ourselves that we aren’t worth the bother. After all, we’re already convinced that we’ve made ourselves unattractive to new partners (or to our existing ones) and it’s an easy step to take this lack of confidence one stage further and to assume that there’s no point trying to lose stomach or thigh fat because, once again, we’ll just fail.

Let’s face it, most of us don’t feel good about ourselves if we’re carrying too much weight. We’re trained to see that carrying excess body fat is a sign of weakness and a sign that we have no willpower. So, it’s not really any surprise at all that most people in this situation cannot motivate themselves to act and to try and lose that excess body, belly, hip or thigh fat over time.

So what can we do?

The fact is that most diets that will see you build muscle and burn fat and give you permanent results need you to be positive about your abilities to stick with the diet. If you aren’t it is unlikely that you’ll get farther than the first couple of weeks. And, if you fail then you’ll simply feel even worse about yourself and may turn to comfort eating which…once again...will make things even worse.

What you need to look for is a diet that will show you steady progress from day one, allowing you to rebuild your confidence as you go along. It will take time, but it can be done, step by step.

Is There Really A Fat Loss Solution Out There For You,
Or Is It Time To Give Up?


When we were younger, many of us were fit and healthy and a good weight, and often we used to play a lot of sports.

Then some of us had that inevitable injury, and we had to give up a lot of what we did.

And the changes started.

We didn’t really eat much more than we used to, but we were no longer getting the exercise we needed to burn up what we ate…so our bodies just turned the excess into fat.

It’s that simple really. If we eat 4,000 calories every day, and we only burn off 3,000 calories…guess what our body does with the extra 1,000 calories.

Yep, it finds somewhere to store them, and our weight increases. Then it increases some more, and some more and so on.

After a while, to be perfectly honest, it all starts to get to us.  It has too! We end up not real happy with the way we look, and we start to wonder if a current or prospective partner would look at us any differently.

So we get even more miserable about the whole situation and don’t go out much any more as well. And that doesn’t help our self esteem either. It’s a very dangerous cycle.

In the end, if we don’t break out of the cycle we are entering we run the risk of just locking ourselves in our apartment when we’re not at work…and then we seriously start to overeat.

But when you already feel bad about yourself and your weight or body fat issues, how do you take the necessary action to deal with those weight issues? How do you break the cycle?

Think about it. The real key to success with any fat loss program, diet or health and fitness regime is getting into the right frame of mind before you start. If you don’t deal with your headspace first, you can’t possibly succeed.

Firstly, you need to really, really want to lose weight. In fact, it can't just be an "I want to", it has to be an "I must". This is the fundamental reason why many dieters fail to achieve their goal...their mind is not fully behind the idea.

Saying "I'd like to lose weight" is good but not good enough. Saying "I want to lose weight" is better but still not enough. You must be 100% committed and focused for it to work. And then your weight loss program most probably will succeed!

Secondly, you need to find some way to change your thinking, change your head space, because if you can do that then other changes will follow. There are many, many, many really great motivational and personal development programs available that can help. Start with them before you go near a diet or exercise program.

So, don’t give up. Find a way to get re-focused and re-motivated, do some more in-depth online research...and find a great solution for yourself. Remember, keep looking for your real reason to change your weight or diet...and if you're motivated and focused enough, you'll find your solution!
